Mondial du Théâtre - Monaco

An international event held every four years in the Principality under the direction of the Studio de Monaco, the Mondial du Théâtre brings together theatre companies from around the world within a demanding logistical and protocol-driven environment.
I was responsible for the full operational coordination of the event edition: creation and development of the website and online ticketing system, management of application files and communication with participating companies, organization of participant accommodation, supplier and invoice management, and coordination with theatres and reception venues.
I supervised both a salaried assistant and an intern, coordinated volunteer teams and meetings, and acted as the main point of contact throughout the event.
The majority of the event’s visual materials were designed by me, from the website to on-site communication tools.
European Society of Cardiology (ESC)
Event Logistics Coordinator – CRT Division
Within the ESC’s specialized division, I contributed to the organization of international medical round tables in an environment requiring absolute precision and responsiveness.
My responsibilities included overall logistical coordination — venue sourcing, transportation management, accommodation and catering for speakers — as well as the deployment of communication materials such as signage, flyers, and email campaigns. International communications and press relations were conducted daily in business English.
Flamenchoré - Production & Distribution Management
Production & Distribution Management
For several years, I have overseen the operational and commercial management of this artistic association: treasury and administrative management, grant application preparation, development of the distribution network, and negotiation of performance contracts with institutions and municipalities.
I managed the production of several performances — including at the Citadel of Villefranche-sur-Mer, the CCAS venues of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Villefranche (three editions), and Résidence La Quiétudine in Monaco — from budgeting to on-site technical execution. All communication materials were designed by me.
