Mondial du Théâtre - Monaco
Operational coordination & Digital creation
The Mondial du Théâtre, an international event organized every four years in the Principality under the auspices of the Studio de Monaco, brings together troupes from all over the world in a demanding logistical and protocol-driven system.
I ensured the complete operational coordination of the edition: creation and development of the website and online ticketing, management of application files and exchanges with the troupes, organization of accommodation for participants, monitoring of suppliers and invoices, relations with the theatres and reception venues.
I supervised a paid assistant and an intern, organised the volunteer sections and their meetings, and served as the main point of contact during the event.
The majority of the event's visual materials were designed by me, from the website to the on-site communication tools.
European Society of Cardiology (ESC)
Assistant Event Project Manager – CRT Division
Within the specialized division of ESC, I contributed to the organization of international cardiovascular round tables, in an environment demanding uncompromising precision and responsiveness.
My responsibilities covered overall logistical coordination—booking venues, managing transport flows, and arranging accommodation and catering for participants—as well as deploying communication materials (signage, flyers, email campaigns). International communication and press relations were handled daily in business English.
Flamenchoré - Production & Distribution Management
Association management, booking and production of flamenco shows
For several years, I have been in charge of the operational and commercial management of this artistic association: managing the treasury and the secretariat, preparing grant applications, developing the distribution network and negotiating transfer contracts with institutions and municipalities.
I managed the production of several performances — Citadel of Villefranche-sur-Mer, CCAS of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin and Villefranche (3 editions), La Quiétudine Residence in Monaco — from budgeting to on-site technical execution. All communication materials were designed by me.
